Staff are employed by Staff Domain, but work exclusively in a full time capacity for their global clients, out of Staff Domain’s offices or in some cases, from home. As a startup organisation, Staff Domain was not fully aware of the network security liabilities and requisite solutions to operate securely. Interlinked took time to understand the business and its ambitious growth plans in order to plan and build a secure network across multiple countries that could scale quickly.

That planning proved to be imperative for business growth as the organisation went from 30 to over 500 employees in eight different offices in just three years.

Interlinked built and continues to manage a secure network across all physical and online environments including everything from server programming to firewalls and even switches. Microsoft Intune was installed across all of hardware and mobile devices giving Staff Domain and its clients the peace of mind that no matter where staff are working from, all data is always secure.

Microsoft Office 365 and data room systems were also set up, which allows Staff Domain to access and monitor all of their systems globally from one central hub. The organisation’s entire systems are backed up to both AWS and to Interlinked’s private server, so that in the rare case of downtime or issues, the business can restore in no time.

Also a vital factor in the businesses set up, is collaborative unified communications tools. With teams working from different locations and environments, it’s important to have a way to stay connected and work together seamlessly.
